Purpose for request for Qualifications (RFQ) a. Through this request for qualifications (RFQ), notice is herby given that Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity is seeking a team to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for preconstruction and construction for the Renovation to the Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity Offices Located at 180 South Beckford Drive, Henderson NC 27536. b. Anticipated CMAR services with emphasis on the Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity Office Renovation will include: Pre-Construction/Constructability review, value analysis / cost analysis, cost control, quality assurance / quality control, scheduling, logistics/phasing and construction phasing services. c. This RFQ provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements and timeline. Copies of the RFQ may be downloaded directly from the owner online To ensure receipt of any addenda to the RFQ, please contact the person listed below to register as an interested firm. Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity is not responsible for providing updated information/changes to firms not known by Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity as holding a copy of this RFQ. Questions regarding this RFQ must be received in writing by 3:00 p.m. April 12th, 2023. Questions received after this date may not receive a response. All written questions will be answered in an addendum and emailed to firms who registered as interested in receiving such correspondence
