Through this request for qualifications (RFQ), notice is herby given that Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity is seeking a team to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for preconstruction and construction for the Renovation to the Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity Offices Located at 180 South Beckford Drive, Henderson NC 27536. b. Anticipated CMAR services with emphasis on the Franklin Vance Warren Opportunity Office Renovation will include: Pre-Construction/Constructability review, value analysis / cost analysis, cost control, quality assurance / quality control, scheduling, logistics/phasing and construction phasing services. c. This RFQ provides complete information on the services being sought, the submittal requirements and timeline.
