As of May 10, 2023, project was awarded to Hoerr Construction inc, awarded amount is $679,444.75. The work in general shall consist of epoxy manhole lining, sanitary manhole removal and replacement (Base Bid only), cured-in-place manhole lining (Alternate Bid only), by-pass pumping (as needed), traffic control, concrete removal and replacement, Class D Patching, landscape restoration minority and Women Owned Businesses (MBE/WBE) are encouraged to submit bids on this project Bid Security Each bid shall be accompanied by a proposal guaranty in the form of a bid bond, executed by a corporate surety company, a bank cashier's check or a certified check payable to the Village of Glendale Heights for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid Bidders who are awarded a contract shall be required to provide a Labor and Material Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in the total amount of the contract sum upon execution of the contract.
