Please copy Akwasi.nketia@rjnmail.com on all requests. LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The project consists of the replacement of approximately 760 feet of 8" forcemain in Hanover Park, IL. The project includes the installation of a new forcemain, cutting and sealing of the abandoned forcemain, restoration and other related and incidental work. Interpretation of Bid Documents - Questions regarding bid documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or plans shall be submitted in writing to the Village Clerk at least five (5) working days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretations of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the Village to each person receiving a set of bid documents. The Village will not be responsible for any other explanations for interpretations of the Contract Documents.
