Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Republic, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The Village of Pinecrest is seeking the professional services of a Consulting Architectural Firm (or other qualified person or entity) to provide architectural services in connection with the renovations to the Pinecrest Gardens Lakeview Terrace and ramp including, but not limited to, the assessment of existing structures, geotechnical exploration, preparation of construction bid documents including plans and specifications, for the renovation of the pathways. Specifically, mitigation of the subsoil conditions resulting in the failure of the foundation of terrace and ramp.
