Expansion, upgrades, repairs and improvements to Trenholme Sports Centre. The scope of the project includes major interior and exterior upgrades, replacement/repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment, improvement of universal accessibility of the building and its energy saving parameters and construction of an addition to make up for the lack of space by increasing capacity and offering more adapted premises with changing rooms, a skaters' room and a multifunctional room. TIMELINE: Project design is complete. The owner has issued a tender for the general contractor for construction of this project that is now followed in the report under CRM ID name Renovation and Expansion of Trenholme Sports Center. No construction will follow this report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
