Saving Project...

Site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Montreal, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 2,320-square-foot, two-story above grade stadium; for the renovation of a 9,915-square-foot, three-story above grade, one-story below grade stadium; and for site work for a stadium.

Expansion, upgrades, repairs and improvements to Trenholme Sports Centre. The scope of the project includes major interior and exterior upgrades, replacement/repairs of mechanical and electrical equipment, improvement of universal accessibility of the building and its energy saving parameters and construction of an addition to make up for the lack of space by increasing capacity and offering more adapted premises with changing rooms, a skaters' room and a multifunctional room. TIMELINE: Contract for architectural services to complete the project design and construction work supervision has been awarded following request for proposals #CDN-NDG-23-AOP-DAI-016. Tender for general contractor is anticipated in late spring/summer, 2024. Further update in winter, 2023/2024.
