The project site is located at: Lift Station No. 1 - 16625 Cypress N Houston Blvd., Houston, TX 77084 Lift Station No. 2 - 16625 Canyon Oaks Dr., Houston, TX 77084 Lift Station No. 3 - 12230 Queenston Blvd., Houston, TX 77084 Lift Station No. 4 - 10330 1/2 Red Rugosa Dr., Houston, TX 77084 Lift Station No. 5 - 9531 Wakefield Village Dr., Houston, TX 77095 Lift Station No. 6 - 9370 1/2 Barker Cypress Rd., Houston, TX 77084 The work generally consists of all necessary permits, site preparation, removal & disposal of accumulated solids from wet wells and valve vaults, by-pass pumping, and selective demolition & mechanical improvements as indicated by the contract documents; installation of new submersible pumps; retrofitting access hatches with safety grating; recoating of wet wells and piping; electrical improvements including new electrical controls & control panels, terminal boxes, transducers, floats, and site lighting; together with all related subsidiary and incidental components as shown in the contract documents.
