Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The contractor is to produce and install odor mitigation screening, blowers, electrical, SCADA, and piping, and is to perform additional concrete work including the installation of 4" sidewalk and a concrete pad. This project has two allowances relating to arc flash analysis and system programming. This project has alternate items that consist of the purchase and installation of sound attenuation enclosures for the blowers and a concrete pad for the misting equipment.
