Renovation of an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Chippewa Valley Technical College is requesting bid submissions for the "Replacement of approximately 18,500 square feet of the lower roof section on our East Annex building". The East Annex building is located on the grounds of the Business Education Center. Roofing project start date is scheduled for 09/01/2023. Work is unable to start prior to 09/01/2023. Roofing contractor must be completed with project by 11/01/2023. All bid responses must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days following the date of the public bid opening. The district reserves the right to reject any bid for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any bid. Minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit a bid response for this request. Questions after attending the pre-bid inspection meeting can be emailed directly to, Jody Schneider, District Purchasing Coordinator, at ProposalSubmission@cvtc.edu. The deadline to submit questions following the mandatory onsite visit is 03/20/2023 at 9:00 a.m. Responses to the questions received will be posted as an addendum to the RFB request and broadcast electronically, no later than 03/21/2023 at 3:00 p.m.
