Tender to provide Lawn Mowing & Ground Maintenance for two (2) years , From May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2025 with the option to renew for two(2)additional one (1) year period in one year increment upon written agreement by both parties. The work under this contract comprise the furnishing of all labour, Materials and equipment required to carry out lawn and grounds maintenance outlined in these specifications. OPTION YEAR PRICING - Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. The contract will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid based on the total contract price for a two (2) year period on all location which meet the requirements detailed within the specifications of the tender. Bidder must bid on all item to be considered, partial bids will not be accepted. Prior to Contract award, the Department may consult with other departments and agencies of the Province of New Brunswick to obtain information on the Vendor's past performance within the previous five (5) years. Results from the aforementioned consultations that are unsatisfactory to the Department, in its sole and absolute discretion, will result in the disqualification of the Vendor's bid. Please Note: There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender. Unit Price = Price for one (1) year. Extended Price = Price for two (2) years. Total = Two (2) year price, excluding HST. Please ensure to also indicate the total bid price in the "Total Including all charges" space provided. The price bid shall not include HST. Prior to award equipment list and contact information attached will be required. WorrkSafe NB and insurance will also be required prior to award, in order to expedite the process please have both attached forms filled, Certificate of insurance and WorkSafe letter of good standard as part of your tender submissions.
