All communications regarding this solicitation must be with the assigned Procurement Agent, Edward McAdoo, purchasing@sandyspringsga.gov. 2. All questions or requests for clarification must be sent via electronically . Questions are due no later than April 11, 2023, 5:00 p.m. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. 3. Questions and clarifications will be answered in the form of an addendum. Any addenda, schedule changes and other important information regarding the solicitation related to this solicitation will be posted on Bonfire website electronically It is the Offeror's responsibility to check the Bonfire portal for any addendum or other communications related to this solicitation. Power wash or water blast approximately 90,058 linear feet of concrete sidewalks at various locations. Sidewalk locations are at various locations throughout the city. All concrete aprons, islands, catch basin tops, ramps, bus stop pads, bench pads, and brick pavers located in the Right of Way must also be cleaned. Median divider islands on Roswell Road will not be cleaned. Asphalt aprons do not require cleaning.
