Bids are invited upon the following: The work to be performed includes providing under-bridge inspection access and maintenance and traffic protection services. Services will be provided for three days as soon as work can be scheduled. Work days are anticipated to be consecutive but will be subject to weather conditions. All work will be completed during daylight hours. Interested parties are required to register on the website to view and/or acquire bid documents for this project. It is the responsibility of any person or organization interested in a hard copy of the bidding documents to pay all costs associated with printing and mailing. Bids are required to be submitted by filling out the Form of Proposal in its entirety. This form is included in the bid package and is to be signed by the bidder. Alternate price quote forms will not be accepted. Bids may be held by Larson Design Group for a period not to exceed 30 days from date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
