Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Belmar, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sidewalk Shed at the Belmar Senior Housing Drawings and Specifications prepared by DiGeronimo PC, Architects. All questions or Requests for Information shall be emailed to the Architect as follows: Subject: "Sidewalk Shed at the Belmar Senior Housing" RFI DiGeronimo-PC, ldigeronimo@digeronimo-pc.com, 201-634-1100. It is the Bidder's responsibility that bids are presented to the Owner at the time and at the place designated. Bids may be hand delivered or mailed; however, the Owner disclaims any responsibility for Bids forwarded by regular or overnight mail. If the Bid is sent by express mail service, the envelope requirement above must also appear on the outside of the express mail envelope. Bids received after the designated time and date will be returned unopened. The burden is upon the Bidder to comply specifically with the directions in the "Notice to Bidders." The Bidders are put on notice that because of precautions resulting from terrorist threats; packages may be opened if directed to the wrong office. Any Bid not delivered in the manner as set forth in this "Notice to Bidders" may be declared void. All Bids must be submitted on forms for that purpose to be obtained from DiGeronimo Architects along with the drawings and specifications. Each Bidder shall deposit with its Bid a certified check or cashier's check, or Bid guarantee in the form of a Bid bond (cash will not be accepted) drawn to Belmar Housing Authority, NJ, in the amount of ten percent (10%) but not to exceed $20,000 of the total Bid, as provided in the said specifications, as a guarantee of good faith in bidding and shall also submit a certificate from a surety company stating that it will provide the Bidder with a bond in such sum as is required in the advertisement or in the specifications. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration Law) as more specifically set forth in bid specifications. Further instruction will be provided during the pre-bid meeting. The Belmar Housing Authority reserves the right to waive minor non-material informalities in Bids in accordance with applicable law and to reject all Bids in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2
