Address: 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216. Magnitude of the construction project: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, IAW VAAR 836.204(h)(1). The government contemplates award to one (1) offeror whose proposal fully complies with the submission instructions and offers the best value to the Government. The period of performance (POP) is 550 days from date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This acquisition shall be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003, offerors who are a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or veteran-owned small business (VOSB) must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB/VOSB at the time of offer, at award, and through the duration of an awarded contract.
