Renovate Dallas Medical Inpatient Unit For Patient Privacy & Pandemic Notice ID- 36C25723B0033, VA-23-00026705, 549-20-222 Description: A Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract for Renovate Dallas Medical Inpatient 8th Floor construction services in NCO 17. Address: 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216. Magnitude of the construction project: Between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000, IAW VAAR 836.204(h)(1). The government contemplates award to one (1) offeror whose proposal fully complies with the submission instructions and offers the best value to the Government. The period of performance (POP) is 550 days from date of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This acquisition shall be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. In accordance with VAAR 819.7003, offerors who are a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) or veteran-owned small business (VOSB) must be Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified SDVOSB/VOSB at the time of offer, at award, and through the duration of an awarded contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code incorporated into this solicitation is 236220. The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00. This is a competitive acquisition that shall utilize a Tradeoff Process in accordance with FAR 15.101-1. A bid bond in the amount of 20% of the offeror's proposed price or $3,000,000.00, whichever is less. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for 05/13/2024, at 10:00 AM (CST) at the Dallas VA Medical Center 4500 S. Lancaster Rd Bldg. 9, Dallas, TX 75216. Detailed information, to include plans and specifications for the project shall be furnished via email. Offerors shall request these plansand specifications via email from Horacio.Fernandez@va.gov. All RFI/Questions shall be submitted via email to Horacio.Fernandez@va.gov. Question Deadline 07/11/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Contact Horacio Fernandez via email at horacio.fernandez@va.gov for attendance to the pre-proposal conference. Site visit attendees are to park at the Liberty Garage above the first floor. The site visit attendees are to then walk to the engineering building. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
