PROJECT ADDRESS: I-485 Parking Deck - 9508 South Boulevard Charlotte, NC 28273 Archdale Drive Station and Park and Ride - 6230 South Boulevard Charlotte, NC 28217 Sharon Road West Station and Park and Ride - 8815 Crump Road Charlotte, NC 28273 This project provides structural repairs for the access stairs at the LYNX Blue Line Archdale Station. An additive alternate is also included in the project that providesstructural repairsfor the parking deck stairs at the LYNX Blue Line I-485 Station and structural repairs for the access stairs at the LYNX Blue Line Sharon Road West Station. Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. A 5% bid security is required with each bid that equals or exceeds $300,000. The City reserves the option of extending the due date as may be necessary to obtain adequate proposal activity. The City further reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part to a single Bidder or multiple Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
