The project consists of sanitary repairs as follows: cured-in-place pipe lining of sanitary sewers. current plan holder list may be obtained from the Platte County Regional Sewer District office, or by e-mail, or by mail when a stamped, self-addressed envelope is provided. The plan holder list will be distributed either by addendum or with the minutes from the Pre-bid Conference. No further information regarding plan holders will be provided by mail or telephone. Questions on the Bid Documents from general contractors and sub-contractors will be answered by the Engineer. Questions from product suppliers or equipment suppliers will only be considered through general contractors or sub-contractors. Requests for consideration of equivalent products will only be considered in writing from general contractors and sub-contractors. No requests for alternate or equivalent products will be considered the fifteen (15) days prior to Bid opening. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
