Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work of this project is to asphalt the new parking lot and add pavement markings. The site preparation - phase#1 was started in September 2022 and should be complete by end of July 2023. So, this phase can't start prior July 31st, 2023. Tender documents will be posted on NBON https://nbon-rpanb.gnb.ca . Hard copies of tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $200.00 payment to CLAD Inc. Tender documents may be obtained at the office of CLAD Inc., located at 467 Main Street, Suite 2, Bathurst, NB (TEL: (506) 545-6334). Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation, made payable to "Regional Health Authority "A"/ Vitalité Health Network". Upon award of contract, the successful bidder shall furnish the Owner with a Performance Bond and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond for an amount equal to fifty percent each of the contract price.
