Renovation of a mixed-use development in Duxbury, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Repairs to Percy Walker Pool including draining of the pool; cleaning and polishing all stainless-steel gutters and railings; pressure acid wash of interior pool tile; saw cut and remove defective areas of tile; cut out and remove deteriorating reinforcing rod, coat rod and patch over; set new tile to affected areas; grout all pool interior tiles; replacement of pool filter media; refill pool water; chemically balance pool water and restart of filtration system. Sub Bid Category Marble or Tile The Town of Duxbury is soliciting bids to perform work at the Percy Walker Pool, a 75-foot by 50-foot, 200,000-gallon swimming pool, contained within the building located at 175 St. George Street, Duxbury, MA 02332.
