Approximately 7000 tons more or less of PennDOT approved 100% crushed 2 RC, tailgate spread at a minimum of 100 tons/hour. A Performance Bond in the amount of 50% of the contract as well as proof of workers compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Approximately 1000 tons of PennDOT approved 100% crushed 2 RC to be stockpiled. Approximately 1200 tons or yard equivalent of PennDOT approved black cinders to be delivered upon request. Must specify quarry on bid form. Approximately 1200 tons or yard equivalent of PennDOT approved non- black cinders to be delivered upon request. Color and/or type of cinders must be specified on bid form. Must specify quarry on bid form. Approximately 400 tons of PennDOT approved 1b WASHED stone to be delivered upon request. Dyed Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel to be delivered as needed. Projected usage 3000 gallons more or less. Delivery approximately once a month during summer months and every two weeks during winter months. Tank size, 500 gallons. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Contact person and phone number must be on bid form. Please indicate on the sealed envelope the title of the bid. . The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
