Site Inspection Contractors must visit the site to familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposal prices. Submission of a bid will be prima facie evidence that the Contractor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposal prices. The Town does not guarantee that all conditions of the districts will remain the same from the time of initial inspection prior to bid until the contract is awarded. The Scope of Work consists of lighting improvements and is further described in the Bid Documents. The work shall be completed within 12 months of execution of the contract.
