No questions will be responded to after this day Project Plans approved February 14, 2023 Subsurface or latent physical conditions are encountered at the site differing materially from those indicated in the Contract Unknown physical conditions of an unusual nature differing materially from those ordinarily encountered and generally recognized as included in the work provided for in the Contract are encountered at the site When the presence of asbestos or hazardous substances are not shown on the plans or indicated in the specifications and you encounter materials which you reasonably believe to be asbestos or a hazardous substance as defined in Section 25914.1 of the Health and Safety Code, and the asbestos or hazardous substance has not been rendered harmless, you may continue work in unaffected areas reasonably believed to be safe. Immediately cease work in the affected area and report the condition to the Engineer in writing
