Site Inspection Contractors must visit the site to familiarize themselves with any conditions which may affect performance and proposal prices. Submission of a bid will be prima facie evidence that the Contractor did, in fact, make a site inspection and is aware of all conditions affecting performance and proposal prices. The Town does not guarantee that all conditions of the districts will remain the same from the time of initial inspection prior to bid until the contract is awarded. Work Summary: The Parkway Improvement Districts are special taxing districts established in residential subdivisions of Gilbert. There is one (1) district included in this IFB. The Scope of Work consists of irrigation improvements and is further described in the Bid Documents. The work shall be complete within 12 months of execution of the contract. Any bid which does not conform in all material respects to the Request for Bids will be considered non-responsive.
