The City of Placentia invites sealed bids for MEDIAN AND PARKWAY MAINTENANCE SERVICES . This work involves the maintenance of the City's landscape and turf maintenance. This is a maintenance services agreement with a proposed term of three years with one two-year term extension available based on contractor performance and at the discretion of the City. Bidders must be registered on the City of Placentia's PlanetBids portal in order to receive addendum notifications and to submit a bid. Go to PlanetBids for bid results and awards. It is the responsibility of the bidder to submit the bid with sufficient time to be received by PlanetBids prior to the bid opening date and time. Allow time for technical difficulties, uploading, and unexpected delays. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
