Administration Annex Upfit The delivery method for the Project will be Design-Bid-Build. The selected team will be required to provide a full range of planning and design services for a fully functional, operational, ADA, and code compliant facility at 110 West Main Avenue. The Team will need to satisfy the County's project requirements, including but not limited to: o Stakeholder management to determine space needs; o Conducting regular meetings with appropriate County and City personnel; o Submitting for permits required for compliance with local, state and federal requirements; o Preparing contract documents for bidding and permitting; o Preparing detailed cost estimates; o Providing an assessment of the existing facility; o Full MEP design; o Preparing a construction phasing plan to meet the any regulatory requirements; o Bidding administration; o Special Inspections and Material Testing; o Construction administration; and o Closeout documents For information regarding the meaning or content of the documents, please contact as follows: Rebecca Edison Gaston County Public Works P.O.
