No Black & McDonald Limited manages small projects under various Defence Construction Canada contracts in several Ontario locations. In order to facilitate completion of these projects, Black & McDonald Limited is required by contract to establish a pool of sub-contractors capable of performing Additional Work Requests valued between $5,000 and $300,000. To maintain this pool, Black & McDonald Limited advertises annually to solicit local sub-contractor participation. Black & McDonald Limited will ensure bidding opportunities are distributed equitably among the sub-contractors in the pool.
Black & McDonald Limited is seeking submissions from contractors that hold valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET and/or contractors who are willing to begin the clearance process if sponsored by Black & McDonald. Scopes of work include: Building Envelope & Roofing Services
