Renovation of a swimming pool in Roy, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The work generally includes removing and replacing the Roy Recreation Complex pool plaster, including tile lanes, targets, coping stones, and curb tile. LOCATION OF WORK: The work is located at the Roy City Recreation Complex at 2150 West 4700 South in Roy City, Utah. PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relating to this project shall be directed to Ryan Britt, Roy City Facilities, at 801-940-1665. OWNER'S RIGHTS RESERVED: Roy City Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities in a proposal, and to make awards in the interest of the City. Award of contract will be at the City's discretion based on their evaluation of the proposal best determined to suit their needs.
