Site work and paving for a civil project in Draper, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Draper City is preparing to release a bid package that will include a rapid concrete reconstruction of the roundabout. The project contains challenging construction conditions due to owner desired Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) needs. The contractor's prequalification is for the reconstruction of 26,044 square feet of 8" thick Rapid Set Concrete Pavement, with 1" diameter by 18" long dowels on all radial joints (3 per wheel path, spaced at 12", centered in wheel path), and associated finishing, curing and jointing. All work must be completed by July 2nd, 2023 The Owner reserves the right to reject all proposals or any proposal not conforming to the intent and purpose of the prequalification documents.
