Murray State University is accepting bids to establish a price contract for emergency sewer cleaning, preventive maintenance sewer cleaning, camera services and epoxy lining. The contract resultant from this solicitation shall begin with its award, be effective for one year after its inception, and may be renewed by mutual agreement by the University and the contractor for additional periods. This is not an exclusive contract and carries no guaranteed amount of work. Their use is strictly at the discretion of Murray State University on an as needed basis. The contractor shall be required to provide emergency sewer cleaning, preventive maintenance sewer cleaning, camera and epoxy lining services in necessary areas. The areas include, but are not limited to, sanitary and storm water piping, sewers, manholes, basins and inverts. The existing sewer pipe construction consists of cast iron, clay, pvc and concrete. Sewer pipe sizes will range from 4” inch up to 12” inch in diameter. A minimum of at least 50 feet for each visit.
