The project consists of rehabilitation of an existing lift station, including new pumps, equipment, controls, newforce main, newvalve vault, and rehabilitation of the existing wet well. Last Day to Request Interpretation of Documents: April 3rd at 10:00 AM All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount of at least 5% of the Bid, in the form of a bid bond. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) consecutive calendar days from the bid date Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non- conforming, non-responsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is in the opinion of the Owner in its best interest.
