Site work and paving for a road / highway in Greenwood Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Tiadaghton State Forest, Forest District 12, requires services to deliver, paver-place, and roll approximately 2,500 tons of TSA (trail surface aggregate), to Pine Creek Rail Trail between PA-44 crossing just south of Whitetail Access and start of asphalt at HWY 220 overpass, approximately 2.1 miles, Porter Township, Lycoming County. Delivery Location: Pine Creek Rail Trail In Tiadaghton State Forest 10 Lower Pine Bottom Road Waterville Pa 17776 Commence upon execution and receipt of the purchase order and terminate June 30, 2023. The Contractor is required to submit performance security in the amount of 10% of the total price of the contract. Performance security must be in the form of a specific performance bond, an irrevocable letter of credit or a certificate of deposit, all in a form acceptable to the Commonwealth, or a certified check or a bank cashier's check drawn to the order of the "Commonwealth of Pennsylvania". All performance security shall be conditioned for faithful performance of the purchase order.
