Renovation of a municipal facility in Lynchburg, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Scope of Work includes the removal of the existing EPDM roofing and rigid insulation down to the existing wood roof deck of the built in gutter section of the main roof of City Hall. New rigid polyiso insulation will be installed and a fully adhered EPDM roofing system for the existing built in gutter. Retrofit roof drains will be installed at locations that do not already have new/retrofit roof drains installed. A new roof access ladder will also be installed. All requests for clarification of or questions regarding this Advertisement for Bids or for additional information must be made in writing to Will Ruberry at william.ruberry@lynchburgva.gov and received by 2:00 PM, April 19, 2023. All addenda should be signed and accompany any bid submitted.
