The work includes removal of all sand, grit, and remaining solids material from the bottom of the wet well; blasting and recoating the wet well walls and riser piping; application of repair grout to the wet well walls; touch-up coating the vent piping; installation of rigid fall protection equipment; construction of a designated discharge penetration for a chemical fed line to the wet well; recoating plug valves and check valves in the dry well and replacing corroded bolts; replacing existing pipe supports in the valve vault; replacement of site floodlight including mounting bracket, mounting arm and conduit straps; wire brush and coat the enclosures on the electrical service rack; reseal the conduit entry points at the terminal boxes and replacement of the conductor terminals, replace the control panel door seal; and bypass pumping and temporary security fencing as required to complete the work. The work includes installation of fill material to up to 1-inch above the bottom of the fence base board; remove and replace gate hinge and connection to existing frame, and repair/recoat damaged frame; concrete repair at riser pipe supports; touch-up coat above ground piping; and reseal the conduit entry points for the terminal box and control panel.
