The Mission Springs Water District (MSWD or District) is currently seeking qualified and capable professional engineering firms to provide on-call professional general engineering services on an as-needed or on-call basis for various development and Capital Improvement projects. The selected firm(s) shall be responsible for providing professional engineering services and overseeing various aspects of development support services and capital project development, from conception and planning to design and implementation. In addition, the firm(s) will serve as an extension of the Districts Engineering Department. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. It is anticipated that the MSWD will establish a period of performance of one (1) year with the option for four (4) additional one (1) year terms not to exceed five (5) years based upon acceptable performance by the Company, acceptable fees, and subject to the same terms and conditions of the Agreement. The District reserves the right to amend, withdraw and cancel this RFQ. The District reserves the right to request or obtain additional information about any and all submittals before making an award.
