Site work for a water / sewer project in Dothan, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing 8,700 L.F. of 6 PVC Force Main, 3,140 L.F. of 6 HDD PVC Force Main, 205 L.F. of 12 Steel Casing (Jacked and Bored), 5 Ea. Manholes with Air Release and Air Release and Air/Vacuum Valves and associated appurtenances. All Bidders bidding in amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding or Bid will not be received or considered by the Owner. The Bidder shall show evidence by including its current license number during registration and clearly displaying on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the Bid is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive technical errors if, in the Owners judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted. The Owner further reserves the right to negotiate price and time with the low bidder
