MS-944: Contract No. 1 - Mill and remove approximately 5,270 sq. yds bituminous material; Perform 129 tons of pavement base repair; Provide and place 15,557 sq. yds. of paving fabric; Construct fourteen (14) concrete handicap ramps; Place approximately 2,430 tons of various bituminous concrete material throughout the Township. MS-963: Contract No. 2 - Provide approximately 2,500 tons of various sizes of crushed aggregate Contract No. 3 - Provide approximately 2,660 tons of various bituminous Superpave materials All materials shall conform to current PennDOT specifications. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/30/2023 5:00 PM A Bid Bond is not required. The successful bidder(s), when awarded a contract, shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond (with suitable surety) in the amount as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that the MS-944 Contract No. 1 is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Manchester Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award in the best interest of the Township.
