Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Flemington, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Any questions or requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing to the Architect's office no later than 12:00pm April 5, 2023. E-mail questions to cwilkerson@ssparchitects.com and include the project #s 8866 & 8868. The Work consists of the following: Interior Alterations: Demolition of existing interior finishes, casework, and partitions in two existing classrooms and two locker rooms. In the classroom areas, new partitions will be erected, new limited casework and a new single occupant toilet room. In the old locker room areas, new partitions will be erected, new casework installed, and modifications to the existing toilet room. All new spaces will receive new finishes, light fixtures, ductwork, and mechanical equipment. Corridor Locker Conversion: Removing existing banks of lockers in two corridors in the 9/10 Building and installing new custom millwork benches and new chase walls in select locations.
