Fort Wayne Public Works Department is seeking qualified Subsurface Utility Engineers to provide on-call SUE services (as yet unidentified) that may become necessary during the year. These services may include: Quality Level A through D utility location services. The cost for proposed services will be compensated on a time and expense basis with an estimated not-to-exceed cost. Firms chosen by Public Works perform these services will enter into an On-Call Appraisal Services contract with the City for a term of 12 months, with provisions for an additional 12-month extension at the option of Public Works (PW). The term of the contract will begin in 2023. This item is intended to generate a list of three or four qualified firms that would be available to provide on-call services as needed in 2023 and 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
