Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Acton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The contract will require that the successful bidder to design and construct a five (5) foot wide concrete sidewalk for a total length of 290 feet, vertical granite curb and the associated accessible ramps that are ADA compliant at the NARA Sports Plaza site in accordance with the contract requirements, plans, specifications, bid form and other supporting documents set forth in this invitation. The successful contractor will be responsible for erosion control, site excavation, furnish & install the gravel base and concrete sidewalk, landscaping (i.e. 6" loam & seed). Bidding procedures are governed by Massachusetts General Laws (G. L.) Chapter (c.) 149, 44A, and G. L. c. 30, 39M, as applicable and referenced in G. L. 149. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the date designated above for the opening of bids. The Contractor must comply with the all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Town of Acton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, as deemed in the Town's best interest. Bid Questions Due By: Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM
