The Town of Cape Charles is located on Virginia's Eastern Shore. Currently there are multiple Flower Beds and Flowerpots that require watering, pruning, mulching, weeding, fertilizing, and planting The Town of Cape Charles will receive sealed bids for Grounds Maintenance Services for the 2023 season, with possible renewals. Bids shall be valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the proposal opening Two (2) copies of all submittals are required. The Contractor will present his/her proposal in accordance with the instructions provided in this Invitation to Bid. The Town of Cape Charles reserves the right to accept and reject in total, or in part, any and all Bids received in the interest of Cape Charles. The Town is interested in establishing a seasonal contract bid for the period between April 21, 2023, and April 20, 2024, with options to renew annually for three (3) successive years (2024, 2025, and 2026).
