Prebid Meeting Please note the parking map provided in the project documents (MCTS Pre-Bid Parking Mad.pdf). PPE is Required for all pre-bid meeting attendees, including high visibility clothing and / or safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and closed toed shoes to enter the site (steel toed boots are encouraged). All bidders must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of submission of their bids and carry all licensing and bonding required for a public project in the State of Oregon. This project is a prevailing wage project in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be in writing and directed to Craig Shearmire, via email, at craigs@brockampjaeger. com. There will be no public opening of the bids received, or any announcement of selected firms by BJI, until such a time after the selection process has been carried out by the Project Team. BJI reserves the right to: reject all bids; reject any bid not in compliance with the construction documents; reject any bid for partial scopes of work; reject for good cause any bid that would be in the public's best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities or discrepancies in any or all bids.
