As of April 17, 2024, a design team has been identified but the contract has not been signed as the owner is still under site selection which could take until late summer 2024. Once the site is selected, design will begin. Per owner, they do not have a definitive timeline or project start date but is not anticipated prior to late 2025 at the earliest.
