As of August 15, 2023, the project has been awarded to a general contractor. They're working through permitting and preconstruction. Project formerly known as Villa Fundamental Intermediate Modernization Project Bid Package 01. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Site: existing east and south entrances upgrades, existing lunch canopy upgrade 2. Building 100: admin area reconfiguration, existing science classrooms renovation, adding new science classrooms, HVAC & SYSTEM upgrades 3. Building 500: enclosing the existing entry canopy and adding new classrooms and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
