Traffic Signal Maintenance and Repairs CONTRACT PERIOD July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 SPRING CONTRACTS: #10: Lumber, Insulation, Hardware, Paint and Paint Supplies #13-A: Fire Equipment Services #13-B: Fire Water Pumps on Motorized Fire Apparatus #20-B: Sporting Goods #25: Janitorial Supplies #29: Pest Control Services (Buildings) #30: Office Paper Supplies #35: Light Bulbs #37: Traffic Signal Maintenance & Repairs #40: Personal Protection Items & Equipment for Emergency Personnel #42: Landscaping Materials & Supplies #46: Preventive Maintenance/Repair of Emergency Generators #47: Water Meters/Data Recorders & Radio Frequency Meter Interface Units #50: Fire Department Uniforms (Purchase) The MCCPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, waive informalities herein, and to award the bid in the best interest of its members. Bid Guarantee: Each bid must be accompanied by (i) an acceptable certified check or cashier's check payable to the Township of Randolph or (ii) a bid bond issued by a surety authorized to transact business in New Jersey and acceptable to the Township of Randolph in the amount of $500.00. A properly dated and executed Power of Attorney in full force and effect must accompany the bid bond. Failure to submit said bid guarantee shall be cause for rejection of the bid. Performance Bond: Within ten (10) business days of the date of Notification of Award letter, the successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond in the amount of $5,000.00. CONTRACT #37: TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Contract Period - One Year: July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024 Contract Period - Two Years: July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2025
