The City of Carson has approximately 1,937 storm drain catch basins within its boundaries. These catch basins are required to be regularly inspected and cleaned to ensure proper operation of the drainage system, protect water quality, and comply with the City’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permit. The City is seeking comprehensive and competitive proposals from experienced contractors to fulfill this function. All questions or requests for interpretation regarding this RFP solicitation must be submitted online through PlanetBids within the date and time specified. Bidders are not to contact City personnel or Elected Officials with any questions or clarifications concerning this RFP other than through PlanetBids. Any City response for this RFP that is not posted through PlanetBids is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. It is the policy of the City of Carson to reject any proposal that is received late.
