The Municipality of Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville is requesting tenders for work to install a wearing course of bituminous concrete over a total of +- 3,815 meters in length on the following roads: Work carried out on the territory of the Municipality of Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville: Chemin Lebeau (+- 1,348 m); 11 th Range (+- 950 m); Rang du Haut de la Riviere Nord (+- 554 m); Work carried out jointly on the territories of the municipalities of Sainte-Sabine and Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville (optional): 9 th Range (+- 870 m); Rang du Lac (+- 66 m). Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement, and holding, where applicable, an appropriate construction contractor's license issued by the Regie des Quebec construction companies. To be considered eligible, any submission must be accompanied by: 1. A bid bond or a certified check equivalent to 10% of the amount of the bid in favor of the Municipality of Saint-Brigide-d'lberville and valid for a period of sixty (60) days following the opening of submissions; 2. A letter of intent from a company authorized to stand surety and undertaking to provide a performance bond equivalent to 50% of the contract amount, as well as a guarantee of payment of wages, materials and labor equivalent to 50% of the contract amount. The Municipality of Sainte-Brigide-d'lberville does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the offers received and opened, and no account will be taken of any offers that do not comply with the estimate or the offer form.
