Renovation of a communication facility in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.

1. SCADA System Upgrade 2. Detailed design, installation and testing of the following: New 450 MHZ licensed data radio system New 900 MHZ spread spectrum radio systems New AT&T LTE communication system Replacement of existing RTUs Miscellaneous Control System Modifications SCADA programming as required Startup and commissioning of the entire system . Performance of all other work as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279.029. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The City of Milwaukie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for good cause, or any or all bids upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City.
