Renovation of a communication facility in Milwaukie, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a communication facility.
1. SCADA System Upgrade 2. Detailed design, installation and testing of the following: New 450 MHZ licensed data radio system New 900 MHZ spread spectrum radio systems New AT&T LTE communication system Replacement of existing RTUs Miscellaneous Control System Modifications SCADA programming as required Startup and commissioning of the entire system . Performance of all other work as detailed in the Bidding Documents. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279.029. Each bid must be submitted on the prescribed form and accompanied by a bid bond executed in favor of the City of Milwaukie in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The City of Milwaukie reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for good cause, or any or all bids upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so, and to accept that proposal which is in the best interests of the City. The work is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. The estimate range for the project is $950,000 -$1,350,000.
