Duration in months: 60 The Region of Peel requires the services of two (2) qualified Vendors to provide power street sweeping and island/street flushing on Regional Roads and at Public Works facilities within the Regional Municipality of Peel, on a scheduled and as required basis, as further described the Document. Bidders and applicable sub-contractors must comply with the mandatory submission requirements as stated in the Document, including but not limited to the submission of valid Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) for Haulage of Material and a valid CVOR with a minimum rating of SATISFACTORY or better. The award of this Contract shall be based on the lowest compliant Bidder Submission for Part A - South Area and the lowest compliant Bidder Submission for Part B - North, which produces the best overall value to the Region of Peel. Bidders may bid on Part A - South Area or Part B- North Area, OR BOTH Part A and Part B. However, no one Bidder shall be awarded both Part A and Part B.
