Renovation of a municipal facility in Owasso, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work is generally described as follows: Upgrading the 2-story elevator located at 200 South Main Street, Owasso, Oklahoma, to include, but not limited to, furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and all other necessary work involved in the replacement of an elevator hydraulic system and interior car upgrade to current standards. The CITY OF OWASSO may waive any informalities or minor defects or reject any and all BIDS. Any BID may be withdrawn prior to the above scheduled time for the opening of BIDS. Any BID received after the time and date specified shall not be considered. No BIDDER may withdraw a BID within thirty (30) calendar days following the actual date of the opening. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the CITY OF OWASSO and the BIDDER.
